c:\windows\frustration.exe
[Hmmmm, three hours or so left in the day and only two responses to the topic. I get the feeling Jess will have something to say on the topic of frustration...]

Let's be honest here: computers don't like us. We know that, though we don't say it very often. We hint at it quite a lot, mainly in science fiction depicting dark futures in which computers are our violent masters, but we rarely state it plainly.

I suspect the internet has achieved sentience anbd, apart from an extensive knowledge of films and TV shows and a strange obsession with bizarre porn, its mind is dedicated to driving humanity into an early mass grave.

How, you ask?

Frustration-induced stress, I reply.

Windows has frozen! *gack*

It took my forty page document with it! *hunnggh*

It won't let me restart without a disk scan! *grrr*

The disk scan says everything except a handful of ampersands has been wiped from the drive! *gasp* *heart failure* *fall over* *die*

You know it's true. The international network of computer technology is evil. It wants to drive you mad, increase your blood pressure, and finally kill you.

...oh, and then watch your DVDs and read your porn magazines.
